Gluten-Free Apple Pie Breakfast Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup almond milk ice cubes
  • 2 apples, chopped, any type
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon finely ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place almond milk and half of the ice cubes in blender and pulse until blended
  2. Add in chopped apples by the cup and pulse until mixed well
  3. Add in the rest of the ice cubes, maple syrup, flaxseed meal, and half a teaspoon of cinnamon and mix very well
  4. Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon on top and hand mix with straw

NOTES

You can also add some pumpkin spice into the mixture!
