INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup almond milk ice cubes
- 2 apples, chopped, any type
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 0.25 cup flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon finely ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place almond milk and half of the ice cubes in blender and pulse until blended
- Add in chopped apples by the cup and pulse until mixed well
- Add in the rest of the ice cubes, maple syrup, flaxseed meal, and half a teaspoon of cinnamon and mix very well
- Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon on top and hand mix with straw
NOTES
You can also add some pumpkin spice into the mixture!
