BREAD

  • 1 serving Thick-Crust Gluten Free Pizza Dough
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon finely ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

GLAZE

  • 0.75 cup (86 g) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

BREAD

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut dough into small, 1” pieces
  3. Toss together cinnamon and sugar
  4. Dip pieces into melted butter
  5. Coat loaf pan and fill with pieces
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes
  7. Remove from pans and put on cooling rack

ICING
  1. Place sugar, milk, and vanilla into a mixing bowl and mix with a fork.
  2. Drizzle over bread while both are warm
