While SUVs tend to be pegged as the biggest gas-guzzlers, it's actually high-end luxury cars that get the worst fuel economy ratings. These cars may have the worst fuel economy ratings, but on the flipside, they also have the highest fun ratings too. And if performance and pampering are things you're looking for in a vehicle where money is no object, you're probably not as concerned with fuel efficiency ratings anyway. But, for grins, here are the top 5 least fuel efficient cars of 2015.
For a midsize station wagon, a combined rating of 18 mpg is pretty abysmal, but it did beat out all the compacts.
Maserati Gran Turismo Convertible
The Aston Martin DB9 minicompact ties with the rest of the subcompacts at 15 mpg.
The Chevrolet Camaro and Rolls-Royce Phantom in every trim (coupe, drophead coupe, and EWB) have a combined rating of 14 mpg.
Bentley's Mulsanne and Ferrari's FF both tied for midsize cars at a combined rating of 13 mpg, even with the Ferrari FF's stop-start option.
While this two-seater is a sexy beast of a car, it also only gets a combined rating of 10 miles to the gallon.
